If you have any inquiries about your order, please be advised to contact us at info@teamdrumz.com. Teamdrumz Support will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours.

After an order is placed you will receive a order confirmation email. Please be advised to check your junkmail folder, emails can be redirected there dependant on your email service provider. Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days and you will be notified via email confirmation.

DELIVERY

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?
Dependant of the delivery country, most orders are sent via Royal Mail Group Ltd.

All order’s are dispatched with tracking id’s. When tracking information has been updated for your order, you will be notified.

WHICH DELIVERY COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP?
The Teamdrumz store is based within the UK, however we deliver to a range of countries all over the world. Please be advised to select your delivery country during checkout.

WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
The delivery time varies dependant on delivery country. All orders are dispatched within 10 working days.

Some countries can be subject to customs clearance which can result in delays. Countries outside Europe; Please be advised that the Teamdrumz Store takes no liability regarding potential custom fees. For more information regarding deliveries please be advised to contact us at info@teamdrumz.com.

EXCHANGE / RETURN

WHERE CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Please be advised items can be returned. Items purchased from the Teamdrumz store, must be returned in unused/brand new condition. Once an item has been returned to the supplier, we will begin processing your refund.

CHECKOUT / PAYMENT

During checkout please be advised;

Delivery fee’s may not be aligned until you have entered your delivery address. At the checkout screen, once you have entered your delivery country and address, the delivery fee should recalculate accordingly.

HOW CAN I REDEEM A PROMO CODE

Enter your promotional code at the check-out point. During a promotional period a box will appear on the checkout stating ‘Have a Promo code?’.

IS THERE A MINIMUM PURCHASE LIMIT?

Yes, the minimum purchase amount is £10. We are unable to process orders below this amount.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

You don’t have to create an account to place an order, you can check out as a Guest.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. You do not require an account, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.
